Mariola leads the Insurance and Civil Liability Department, working on consulting as well as procedural cases in courts of all law branches and jurisdictions.

She offers comprehensive services, which start when an incident is notified until the end of the deriving proceedings. She usually works on claims for damages, property civil liability, sureties, and policy covers, among others.

Particularly standing out is her abilities and experience in Construction, an area in which she has provided counsel to all construction-related stakeholders for more than 15 years, and in Professional Civil Liability, an area in which she has been the legal representative of, attorneys, engineers and executives (D&O), among others.

Also significant is her work in the scope of Medical and Healthcare Liability, in which she has defended insurance companies, healthcare professionals and medical centres in complex procedures involving large sums.

Mariola advises leading insurance companies for the development and adaptation of their policies and regularly publishes a number of articles in scientific journals and legal publications, besides participating in many conferences and congresses in these fields.

Pilar manages the EVERLAW Procedural Department where they particularly work on Insurance Law cases and construction-related practices.

A renowned expert in the insurance sector, she has represented developers, contractors and professionals (architects, engineers and project managers, among others), and assisted the most important insurance and reinsurance companies in direct insurance and third-party liability claims.

She works on the procedural part in any branch and jurisdiction for policy cover cases, claims for damages, construction-related cases, Professional Civil Liability, employer liability, product liability and major accidents.

As part of her work, she actively collaborates with the Criminal Department to establish compliance systems and represent clients from any court claims in this area.

She frequently prepares and participates in conferences and seminars on risk distribution, insurance law and occupational health and safety.

Víctor leads the EVERLAW Labour Department and his experience includes Consulting as well as Procedural Labour Law in all types of procedures regarding termination of employment, business reorganisations, workplace accidents, Social Security, substantial change in working conditions as well as daily consulting services for SMEs and large corporations. One of his most outstanding characteristics is his negotiating abilities, which have been more than proven through his processing of redundancy schemes and collective bargaining agreement negotiations.

Víctor is a well-known professional in the Insurance Sector due to his work in business owner liability cases deriving from occupational accidents and in construction law. This background means he works in all procedural branches – labour, criminal, civil and administrative- with absolute competence. He often gives internal training courses and participates in seminars and conferences aimed at HR professionals and executives. In addition, he regularly writes legal opinion articles for specialised journals.

Nicolás leads the firm’s Criminal Department. A well-known attorney in the insurance sector, he represents insurance companies as well as the insured, and performs his work by assisting and coordinating the different stakeholders involved (civil and criminal) in a friendly manner, though with a rigorous legal approach.

He has immense experience in crimes committed in professional or corporate environments, especially in those related to occupational risk prevention, an experience which is based in more than ten years representing all types of construction industry stakeholders.

His work also extends to proceedings deriving from other types of professional negligence (doctors, attorneys, engineers and security companies) as well as all other economic and business-related crimes.

As concerns Compliance, he designs and implements internal Compliance procedures and Crime Prevention Plans and advises companies that wish to assess the suitability of their economic crime prevention policies and procedures.

Nicolás is a regular speaker and author of books related to business-related crimes with a special focus on occupational risk prevention and the criminal matters affecting legal entities.

José studied Law in UNED (1991-1996), developing his professional career within the Insurance Law area, working in the most popular legal firms in that sector. He is a specialist in Civil and Caution Liability. He also studied a masters on Health Law, and he publishes many articles within scientific magazines related to the Insurance world.

He is kind and so respectful with his clients and colleagues. José is so rigorous within the legal profession, always respecting the procedural matters, being a representative of knowledge, specialization and good practice, which are the values defended by our firm, where he carries out his legal tasks as an associate lawyer.

Ana studied Law in “Universidad San Pablo CEU de Madrid” and a masters to become a lawyer in “Universidad Rey Juan Carlos” and completed her academic training studying so many specialization courses, related to the professional legal world.
She started her professional career within the Insurance Loss Department of a popular legal firm, acquiring skills in so many other important firms before joining EVERLAW. She has now achieved a huge experience managing and defending civil liability cases, highlighting her perfect knowledge valuating physical damages.

Apart from all that, she also carries out an important task within the Energy department in our firm. She assesses and defends any kind of judicial proceeding.

Rocío studied Law in “Universidad Complutense de Madrid” (2012-2016) combining the degree with a legal training course on Human Rights in that same University.

After that, she studied a masters to become a lawyer (2016-2018) in UCM and a masters in legal practice (2018-2019) in the Legal Investigation Study Center, completing her academic training with a training course on Data Protection (2020) in DPO AUDIDAT school.

From a professional point of view, Rocío develops such an important task in EVERLAW within the Energy Department, assessing and defending our clients’ interests, with such satisfactory results.
Regarding the linguistic area, she has a high English level, and medium French level.

She belongs to the Madrid Bar Association, number 131.796.

Eva studied a double degree in Law and Business in “Universidad de Valencia” (2014-2019). During 2017 she studied in “Università Degli Studi di Brescia” (Italy) through an Erasmus Program.

After that she studied a masters to become a lawyer in “Universidad Complutense de Madrid” (2019-2021). She joined EVERLAW with her master’s scholarship until she finished her studies. From that moment on she has been developing an important legal activity for our firm, specifically within the Energy and Labor Department. She speaks four different languages: English, Italian, French and Valencian.

She belongs to the Madrid Bar Association, number 135.219.

High English level (C1), medium italian level (B2) french (A2) and catalán (bilingual).

Talia holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, graduating with distinction in Business Law. During her time in Paris, she furthered her studies by obtaining a University Diploma in Common Law.

Following this, she prepared for the competitive examinations for the Judiciary and Public Prosecutor’s Office, completed a Master’s degree in Legal Management and Administration at the Center for Financial Studies, and undertook other legal refresher courses.

She began her professional career in the private sector in 2020 and joined EVERLAW in 2024 to continue her professional development in the civil liability and energy departments.

She has a high level of English (C1) and is bilingual in French.

Carlos González Pascual holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from San Pablo CEU University (2019–2024), where he also completed a Master’s degree in Legal Practice. His background combines a solid legal foundation with business acumen, enabling him to approach legal matters with a global and strategic perspective.

He joined Everlaw in September 2024 to complete his Master’s degree internship, culminating in his graduation and admission to the bar. During this time, he gained practical experience in the legal field and in the use of technological tools applied to law. This period allowed him to consolidate his professional skills and strengthen his interest in practicing law in dynamic and innovative environments.

At our firm, he works in the criminal and insurance departments, and also collaborates with the energy department.

He has a high level of English.

María carried out secretarial and managing studies, as well as a masters on international secretary. She developed her career in popular legal firms and insurance companies within the Managing Department.
She has a huge organization capacity, and she is such a decisive person. She is our firm’s image to the outside, and she carries that task with accuracy and amazing results. She provides our clients all they need with efficiency and spontaneity, which leads to a better service provision.

Merche is part of our Financial Department, where she takes care of the accounting within the organization and with our clients. She attends our clients kindly, with total transparency regarding any incident that could take place. She is polite and highly qualified, solving every problem with complete modesty and simplicity.

Lucía has a professional training in management services though a PPME as an auxiliar expert within a technological environment: Tecnodemos (University of Comillas ICAI-ICADE). Lucía is a very empathetic and perfectionist person, with many work abilities, as she is currently supporting the Administrative Department in our firm, which leads to a better and more efficient management of our daily activity. She is such an empathic person which really encourages the team spirit and creates a better work environment.
